POLICY/REFUND:
Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. If you ever have any issues with an order, contact us @info@queenrosehair.com
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders may take 1-7 days business to process before shipping out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Deliveries to APO/EPO/P.O Boxes can not be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We commend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.
Note:
1. A signature is required for clients to accept order over $600.
2. Queenrosehair is not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you receive the order and are not satisfies with the the purchased!
Please contact us at info@queenrosehair.comwith order No. and the problem. We only accept or exchange within 14 days after you received the hair, which must be in brand new condition.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Queenrosehair does not provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.
We can not accept a customized product to be returned.
We only accept US domestic exchange and returns.
No exchange and no return for international shipping.
CANCEL
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE
We are Not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, you will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
